Damn it. My suit-carrying suitcase seems to have contracted some kind of mold, and has a big hole in it. I will not be taking it to California with me.

And the drive to and from my office really isn't much faster than the T, which is pretty funny.

If I lived in San Francisco near a CalTrain stop (and this is admittedly a pretty restrictive condition), it would usually be faster for me to take the train to work then to drive. Especially during rush hour. Especially if I rode the express train. Plus I could read on the train.

when I was in berkeley for the summer, going to into SF for class every day, I always took bart - because there was no all day parking in the city that wasn't ultra expensive. of course, I was living a minute from a bart stop, so maybe that helped. and being able to do other things on the commute was a definite plus
