Time going backwards...

tirinianFailed all day to do any of the work I should have done, so I'll have to do that tomorrow. Arrived at twinknj a little bit ago. Walked here with 'nJ, talking about the chances that the SJC will legalize same-sex marriage or something close in Mass. (I went to the oral arguments on that recently, if I didn't mention it here), the chances that the constitution will get amended to stop that, and the chances that SCOTUS will overturn Bowers v. Hardwick this year. (My current odds: 70%, 55%, 35%, respectively.)
Before that, was at stever's party briefly. Mostly only talked to Bob Macke, about Intercon, of all things. He's apparently been the last six years, and was trying to talk me into it after I mentioned I do Guild stuff to him. Only barely said hi to stever. Need to find time to get to a movie or something with him.
Before that, was at the Chorallaries competition (that they were totally gyped in) with ironrat. They placed "worse than third", when they were clearly better than the groups that placed second and third, and in the running for first. Given that the three all-male groups were first second third, and the three coed groups were "worse than third", I have to think there was some bias in the judges. (Ok, one of the co-ed groups was clearly the weakest of the six. But the Chorallaries were first or second, and the other co-ed group was about as good as the groups that officially placed second and third.)
Before that, failed to do any work on SanDiablo despite being logged in for an hour or so trying to do some. Before that, at the gym to get a massage. (Mmmm, massage). Before that, did laundry. Got up about 11, when woken up by talkivin knocking at the door to the apartment announcing bagels were available downstairs. (Especially surprising since talkivin doesn't live downstairs, he lives half a mile away.) Had some bagels before doing laundry. Realizing that was the only actual meal I've had all day about now. (Did have snacks at stevers, and a cookie while downtown.)
Slept.
Friday night, stayed up til about 3AM talking to catinhat on phone. Got home at 1AM to call him, after having been on 5E watching video games, and before that at Antony and Cleopatra with aerynne, 'nJ, ironrat, gotspit, and frolain. One of the Bard's plays that I'd neither seen nor read, so I can check it off my list, now. Mostly liked it, except for Cleopatra. I wasn't fond of the actress (she seemed to yell most of her lines), and couldn't figure out what the character was supposed to be (maybe because the actress wasn't doing it right, maybe because she's sufficiently incoherent in the text to be difficult to understand and the director didn't help). Gym and work before that.

Other stuff I don't remember. Lots of writing games and stuff. Some playing Freedom Force, some playing Starcraft. Feeling better started about Wednesday, I think. Flaming about the war was in there too. But now it's all a big blur...
