The big thing at work this week was preparing for/doing an oral argument in the state supreme court. (My boss did the actual talking, but I was sitting with him writing him notes during it.) Going in, I thought we had a strong issue, that the court was going to reject out of hand because it definitely goes against the trend in the caselaw, but after the argument, they're at least taking us seriously. I wouldn't go so far as to say I think we're going to win, but I think they're going to at least wrestle with our issue and try to do something reasonable, instead of just blowing us off.

Tuesday: Auria! We wrapped up the pirates and moved on to playing with spellbooks in the old party's first dungeon crawl. Plus my maybe-love-plot-but-way-too-high-status-for-me gave me a ridiculously expensive Xmas present, and I didn't get him anything, so now I have to think of something for him. What do you get a prince who has everything, anyway?
Wednesday: Comet! They only got one of the two sea serpents they were sent after, so they'll have to get the other one next time, I guess.
Thursday: I don't think there was much on Thursday?
Friday: Dinner with Ducky, then failing to find Germanychen at EC.
Saturday: Dragon! Mini-run to investigate the burnt out Northern Ship. Then failed to go to Deli Haus.
Sunday: Lazing about the house.
