This week was mostly about B5. It's not really like a game that wasn't already written getting ready to run, but it's taking more time than I expected. Also did some work, although not a ton. Was supposed to do some this weekend, but have mostly failed at that. Also got to the gym mostly-enough. I had to count going today as the last Sunday in my Lent resolution to actually get up to 40 times since Ash Wednesday, which is a bit iffy, but I wouldn't have gone if it hadn't been for the resolution, so I'm going to count it. Plus I said "mostly" a lot.

Other stuff:

Monday: On campus doing B5 stuff.
Tuesday: Auria! The assault on the next city state. Having put together a Plan and sufficient resources to mostly make a reasonable attempt, we did not actually play out the assault in detail, we just made a bunch of tactics rolls and things to see how well we implemented said plan. Several fate points each later, we have successfully conquered a new city. What we're going to do for an economy once we stop it being allowed to pirate things is a little unclear. Perhaps we'll find out this week.
Wednesday: More B5 stuff. Stopped by to visit Killbot afterward.
Thursday: More B5 stuff, and then VBL. VBL was nearly entirely about FI, but I was only there for an hour, and that was mostly ok. Still, the best part was probably walking to/from the T, as I ran into Telmo on the way there and chatted for a bit, and listened to [livejournal.com profile] rusalka and not-justom drunken singing on the way back.
Friday: Errands, buying Easter Candy, some B5 stuff at home once I got here.
Saturday: Showing B5 episodes to the one young'n who showed up to watch them, then home to work on getting ready for Easter, and hanging out with [livejournal.com profile] ilhander a bit.
Sunday: Easter! Large crowd, although sadly lacking in undergrads. Also lost some eggs to NPCs wandering through, grr. Played Factory Manager (by the Power Grid guy) for the first time - it's conceptually related, but definitely a different game. I had fun this time, and would happily try it again. I'm not sure just how much replay value it has, but I feel the same way about Power Grid, really. Then people hung out for a while longer, and I failed to get work done.
