More or less, anyway. Fairly productive at work, although it was all easy work. Was in late a couple days, but everyone else left early most days, so I don't feel too bad about that. Evening Stuff:

Monday: Weeknight Conflux run, since all the weekends this month are terrible. Mostly puttering, with a special bonus thwarting of the Astronomer at the end. After which I declared that we all have to go into hiding so he doesn't kill us in our homes. We'll see how that works out next run.
Tuesday: Auria was canceled, so early dinner with Germany, then puttering around for a bit, then off to VBL for a while, but gave up early and came home to crash.
Wednesday: City-state. You miss *one* run, and the world goes to hell in a handbasket. There mad druid exploded the palace, the evil necromancers resurrected the 20-year-dead crown prince and mind controlled him, and the Heroic Order of Knights threw a coup. Damn. We tried to deal some, and left our counterparts with the "rescue the crown prince's son" mission.
Thursday: Nothing serious. Bought comics, went to Border Cafe.
Friday: Also nothing serious. Finished Blood Rites.
Saturday: Puttered a bit, went to the gym and work, then to Spiked Heels with [livejournal.com profile] kelkyag and [livejournal.com profile] skuffle. The audience was full of people I knew (as were the cast and crew, so I suppose that's fair), including [livejournal.com profile] brilit, [livejournal.com profile] dpolicar, [livejournal.com profile] dcltdw, and [livejournal.com profile] rifmeister. I enjoyed the show, although it felt a little long to me. Call it 9 days of game before being killed by a jealous lover. [livejournal.com profile] justom was a great sleazy lawyer, and [livejournal.com profile] shumashi was a lovely blueblood Bostonian. (channelh (sp?) and navrins were also good, but I don't know them as well.) [livejournal.com profile] desireearmfeldt was holding forth on her understanding of one of the characters when we stopped to say goodbye, but I didn't really catch it all, so I'll have to ask her about it later.
Sunday: Work-free (nearly, except for one phone call from my boss that I should remember to put in a slip for tomorrow), as I listened to my radio shows and played starcraft, then went to District 9 with Germany's mob. ninjamuppet's set of three joined up with us, and I waved at [livejournal.com profile] nbozard's group of three, but they didn't know the rest of Germany's mob. I thought it was quite good, although there's an odd tone shift from mockumentary to action movie about half-way through. It some how all holds together and works, and I didn't even mind the excessive gore. Call it also 9 days of game, before being exploded into a shower of red gore by Alien-BioMetricly-Locked-Machinery.
