Work was slow, but not ridiculously so, although I have barely started the big project for a week from Thursday. We'll see how that goes. Amusing note - the courtroom I was in for a hearing all-day-Friday was the same courtroom that Lizzie Borden's trial was held in.

I have also been failing to get to the gym as often, as other stuff has picked up, which is unfortunate.

Other stuff:
Monday: Prince of Persia, with the MBA. It was a perfectly reasonable B movie, and if you go into it expecting nothing more than that, you'll think it's fine. Better than Clash of the Titans, not quite as good as Percy Jackson I think, although the second is debatable. Does have an unfortunate reset button, but that's the kludge, so I guess it's ok. Lives 8 days of game before being killed by Assassins.
Tuesday: Auria! The second half of Fixing the Coins of Crazy. We know the trick, now, although it's expensive. We should do some follow up on just where they came from in the first place before we declare the plot resolved, though.
Wednesday: Nothing, I don't think.
Thursday: Went to see Timon of Athens at Actor's Shakespeare Project. There are not many chances left for me to see a Shakespeare play I've never read or seen, so that was exciting. It was a good performance, and the play was better than I expected it to be, given the general derision in which it is held. It's not one of his best works, but it's certainly reasonable. The way it was produced, the second half was largely a set of rants/tricks, from someone who is pretty crazy, but not all the way. I originally commented that it was like a cross between Titus and Lear, but the more I think about it, the more I think there's some Hamlet in there, too, with the "just how loopy is he" question something that could be played with. On the other hand, I don't actually know the text, or how it was edited for this production, so maybe I'm taking the director's vision and reading it into the text and it's already been pushed as far that way as it can reasonably go. I dunno. Anyway, call it 9 days of game before being killed in revenge for prior ingratitudes.
Friday: Hung around for a while after work, then eventually went to FEFN for a while. It's a weird blend of 4thWar/5E/blackhole at the moment, as the groups don't seem to be mixing much. We'll see if they blend more as the summer goes on. I had fun again, but there don't seem to be so many cruft showing up for them, so I don't know if I'll make a regular thing of it.
Saturday: Dragon! "Best Art Ever", as my prophetic art came in the form of a set of flowers, that wilted as the things they symbolized happened, so Li Merit started trying hard to avoid ending anything to keep the flowers from wilting. Then went to a Fancy Restaurant (Brunello Bistro) for after-run-dinner, on Broadway where the Bickford's used to be. It was definitely fancier than most of us were expecting, and I don't think it's the right place for after-run-dinners, but it's worth keeping in mind if I want a Fancy Restaurant sometime.
Sunday: Not much. Puttered about, went in to work, got very little done, finished the book I was reading. And now to bed.
