The big project at work continues to just be slowly worked on, but we have a bunch of short term deadlines (research for a trial my boss is in the middle of, new divorce client, moving the office back upstairs) that all got me moving. Deadlines=productivity. Otherwise:

Monday: Half the world was sick (including me a little), and regular stuff was canceled, so had a bonus dinner plan with [livejournal.com profile] mjperson, [livejournal.com profile] firstfrost, and [livejournal.com profile] harrock.
Tuesday: Auria! It worked! They got married! Shocking. Hopefully it will all turn out to be for the best, given the amount of work we put into it. Now for a run of doing Mad Rituals (the underlying mechanic of the run is slowly doing the rituals to turn you into a God), and then who knows what we'll do. I'm sure there were things we wanted to do back before we got distracted by the wedding plans, right?
Wednesday: Grabbed tickets to Fiddler on the Roof from the half-price ticket place and took [livejournal.com profile] brilit to see it for his birthday present. It was not a Brilliant New Interpretation or anything (the guy playing Tevye is the one from the movie, who has been playing the role for ~40 years), but it was a solid production of a good show, and a timely reminder that Marriage keeps changing as society does, and trying to hold it back in the name of Tradition isn't going to work. Call it 8 days of game before dying in a Pogrom.
Thursday: GM meeting, where we figured out an outline for what I think is the last major mechanic we need. But nearly everyone is behind on bluesheets, and we could use a couple more groups as well. Still, pretty good shape for the beginning of November. Then comics and Redbones and home, I think.
Friday: Not much. Gym for the first time in two weeks or so. I don't think there was anything after that?
Saturday: Trip to NYC to see [livejournal.com profile] maverickseraph's show (Zoo Story) with CPB. Caught a 1 o'clock bus down (just missed being on the same bus as Daredevil, who was on the 12:30, by coincidence), had dinner in NYC, went to the show, went to the cast party, caught a 3:30 am bus back. It was fun, although I didn't get nearly enough sleep (I did nap on the bus both directions, so was not crushed, but I'm not Well Rested, either). I quite liked Zoo Story, which I hadn't seen before and didn't know anything about. Seeing maverickseraph be shocked and appalled that he had killed someone was amusing. :-) The first act was The American Dream, also by Albee, which I didn't like as much - it's Dream Logic style, with a few things that made no sense to me, and a few things that didn't work for me. But I quite liked the actress playing Grandma, and the one playing Mrs. Baxter, and it's got three female parts to two male parts, I note for [livejournal.com profile] desireearmfeldt. Give Zoo Story 10 days of game before arranging to be knifed in the stomach on the way to wrapup, and American Dream 7.5 days before being metaphorically dismembered by its parents and replaced with a duplicate.
Sunday: Got home at 8:30 or so in the morning, decided I was going to try to stay up instead of crashing again, as more likely to get my schedule set right. Went to brilit's Patriot's Game Party at 1, made it to half time and then crashed on the sofa for the second half. I hear the Patriots won. Up since the game ended, not doing much besides puttering (laundry, starcraft, glee). Should have caught up on my bluesheets, but instead I'm going to bed.
