Stuff and Nonsense

Work was fine and productive this week, as I put the thing I was getting nowhere on to one side, and did other stuff instead. We also moved down a flight for the next month or so while they renovate our old office. We'll see if this turns out to be worthwhile. About all I brought downstairs for now is the thing I've been stalling on, so hopefully I'll get cracking on it Monday. It has a real deadline now, which should help. We'll see. Also:

Monday: was a long time ago. I think nothing? Although I think I didn't get home at a reasonable hour, so maybe there was something? Gym? I dunno... Oh, I'm pretty sure dragged Germany out for Ice Cream late. And I had gotten home late, so I must have done *something*... Anyone?
Tuesday: Auria, briefly, but we stopped early 'cause our talker was missing, and we're about to start the Big Party of Marrying Them Off. Then CBF and his wife showed up from DC, and we sat around talking until early morning.
Wednesday: Lunch with CBF and wife, at Durgan Park. Evening was dinner with brilit, at Redbones, where we ran into rifmeister, his wife, and, uhm, Veapon Survivor? I'm pretty sure I've used that nickname before. Veapon Survivor is apparently moving to SF in a month, so people should say good bye/get ready to welcome him.
Thursday: GM Meeting, which went pretty well, and then VBL, which I was very sleepy at for some reason, and left early.
Friday: Gym, and then laura47's housewarming, which was fun, although there wasn't much mixing between the various guest groups.
Saturday: Into the office early to finish moving, then gym, then home and goofing off for a while watching the premier of Glee, then to the post-Dragon Uno's dinner.
Sunday: Lunch with mjperson, which was good, 'cause I don't see him so much nowadays, as I hardly ever get over to his place just to hang out. Then a three hour nap, 'cause I was tired, apparently, which shot any plans I might have had to do other stuff. So did laundry and watched another episode of Glee. I'm not smitten yet. It's ok, but it's too over the top for me to really feel attached to any of the characters, and the teacher running the club annoys me for some reason. I can see why other people might like it, as it reminds me a lot of Dangerous Housewives, which I did like for a season or two, except with more singing, but I'm not there yet. I might watch some more over the next week or so while everyone's out of town, though, since I won't have much else to do anyway.
