Nothing special about work this week, except I was tired. Not enough sleep at the Cape, and not enough sleep during the week. And I didn't even really catch up this weekend. For other stuff:

Monday: Hanging out with Germany, I think. Certainly I did that sometime recently, and it doesn't seem to be on last week's list of things done. :-) Anna's and DDR and lounging about in his room watching him fix his camera.

Tuesday: Tarkanan: Very long run, as we spent the first couple of hours putzing about with the left over stuff from the last adventure. Hopefully that will make things better if we wind up teleporting back there to rez, but it meant that the SCARY COMBAT of DOOM lasted until 1 in the morning, or something like that. At least it got us some bodies to turn into replacement skeletons for the ones I lost. Unless you can't animate outsiders, or something, I should check that.

Wednesday: Ten-day GM meeting. Went fairly well, I guess. With new-improved healthy snacks to preserve [livejournal.com profile] maverickseraph's figure.

Thursday: Ryuna: I am really exceedingly fond of [livejournal.com profile] quillion's political plots. They're multi-faceted, with good guys and bad guys but not always obvious ones, and clever maneuverings by all parties. The bad guys are definitely ahead on points at the moment, we'll see if we pull things together enough to fix that next run, or not. And we hit third level at the end of the run, yay!

Friday: Glen Close and Patrick Stewart in "The Lion in Winter", with [livejournal.com profile] ironrat's mob. I hadn't seen this version before, and I think it's not quite as harsh as the Hepburn/O'Toole version, but it's still darn harsh. I think that John was more of a complete waste of space than I've seen him played as before, but the rest of the younger generation were all strong, and Henry and Eleanor were great. People were talking about watching the old version sometime soon to compare, so maybe I'll get a feel for what I think of the relative acting then. Well worth seeing *some* version of it, if you haven't.

Saturday: Brunch with [livejournal.com profile] brilit and Mrs. Brilit, at Johnny Dee's, which was a pretty good brunch that I'd never been to before. They brought me the wrong omelet before they realized and brought me the right one, but I think the wrong one was actually better. Then Oath, which is rapidly nearing the end, and we had a climactic battle with one of the long-running bad guys. His "death" was a classic Bond-villain style death, so he could totally come back if the game was continuing, but it's not, so I'll assume he's dead. Sadly, the combat didn't start until when I was planning to leave to go to the Theater @ First one acts, so I missed those. :-/

Sunday: Puttering about, doing some work and some game preparation stuff, and going to [livejournal.com profile] desireearmfeldt's birthday party for a while. Relaxing-ish, in that there wasn't so much scheduled, but also heavily slanted to productivity, so not totally relaxing. And now to bed, and we'll see if I'm tired again all next week. Hopefully not.
