Net Again!
Dec. 17th, 2005 12:46 amSo we've got the modem set up in Australia, and I have at least periodic net access again. This is just a quick blitz of what I did in Boston before I left, more for me than for you. Trip update coming soon.
Monday: Vatican.
Tuesday: Vatican.
Wednesday: Comet run, exploring Elfheim. Is anyone actually working on a log for this one, or should I do a couple of paragraphs on it?
Thursday: Craziness. Went to Crowns at the Lyric, an interesting gospel musical, reminding me vaguely of Godspell, in that it was more a bunch of scattered stories than a coherent plot. The lead actress (the kid the stories are told to) was quite good, though, and managed to convey a lot of personality while being quiet and having the stories told to her. Lives 8 days of game before being murdered for being a gangsta. Then went to Rent with Fireworks boy. I actually liked it better than the play - the camera let the chopiness of the musical make more sense than the stage generally does. Lives 9 days of game before dying of AIDS.
Friday: Failed to go to a movie with 'nJ because of the snow. Got a bunch of paper-work-y stuff done at work instead, which I suppose was good. Went home and packed, then went to Saturnalia, because![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
maverickseraph told me a bunch of times I should. It was an ok party.
Saturday: Flew to LA-la-land.
