"Slow" week
Jun. 19th, 2005 11:13 pmSo, it was officially a slow week, and yet, I still seemed to have plans every night. I need to work on that. Monday was a gm meeting for Vatican - the meetings are going fine, but I have *got* to start doing more work outside of meetings. Sigh. Tuesday I went by Jim's to look at Star Wars rules, and then watched the Broadway movie that got reviewed last entry with
shumashi and
justom. Wednesday, NinjaMuppet's birthday party, which was Batman Begins. Thursday, more Star Wars hacking, this time with the entire set of Rogues, if you count telephone presence. Friday, Comet run, they opened the Valley and the Oasis, wrapping up one of the longer running plotlines. Saturday, Oath run, we tangled with the criminal group-mind again, and it was mostly a tie. Today,
shumashi's Minado trip - it was officially "dinner" rather than "lunch" all day at Minado, because of Father's Day, which meant they had really cool crepes and decent Hibachi, but apparently also meant no Tomago for me. Oh well. Still a reasonable place for food, but the extra 10 bucks/person made it less impressive than it was the first time I went. Then hanging about the house with people, and I won my first game of Puerto Rico in ages, which was nice. Never did do the work I promised myself I'd go in and do over the weekend when I left work on Friday, but oh well.
And now, perhaps I'll go to bed early tonight. But first, Starcraft!
