Cool customer support!
Feb. 16th, 2005 12:41 amSo I sent mail to my ISP at about 11:30 tonight, saying that I'd noticed I couldn't telnet in anymore, I could only connect over secure CRT, and was that a deliberate change, or what. I got two phone calls in the next hour from customer support, one asking for more details, and the other saying "ok, we've fixed it." I'm very impressed.
