Hrm. So I suddenly stopped feeling well about 11 today, and haven't really gotten better yet, so it might not have been the most fair of tests, but...

Today's Conspiracy meeting once again reinforced why I'm enjoying Vatican meetings more. I've used this analogy to firstfrost before, and maybe to other people, but I like it, so I'm using it again. If a good assassin game is like a big blazing fire (work with me here), Vatican has a nice little campfire started, and adds a log or two each meeting, working on making it bigger. Conspiracy has a giant pile of logs built up, and each meeting has the gms throwing around piles of sparks, hoping it'll catch. I have every faith that the gm team is capable of whipping out the blow torches when they're needed, and that there'll be a fire by the end, but sparks just aren't as fun in meetings, and I'm worried we won't have time to figure out which logs are rotten. And really, it's *more fun* to sit around a fire making it bigger than to sit around a pile of logs willing them to burn.

And now, hopefully, I've gotten that analogy out of my system, and can get back to actually working on the games. :-)
